Intro
Project Brief
I was tasked with choosing a local business and giving it a total rebrand. I chose Kostas because it is a sports bar/ restaurant from my hometown which I visited often as a child and the current logo is outdated. I worked all the way through background research, logo iterations, brand guidelines, packaging, web and environmental.
Research
Target Audience
The target audience for Kosta’s, a sports bar and grill includes, people of all ages but specifically, college students, sports fans and local singles or families. Because this is a local bar and they only have 1 location, they are limited to those around them. Between the three audiences all are equally popular in this scene, spread out during the day there can always be a mix of who will be their. Factors depend on, times of the day, food specials they may have on certain days, different sports games on that day or planned events for those who are interested.
